Upper Fillmore is an iconic San Francisco neighborhood with a vibrant history and exciting potential. Our efforts in the area have been made possible through the benevolent support of Fillmore native Neil Mehta, whose entire interest in the Upper Fillmore Revitalization Project is held by a non-profit foundation.

Our project aims to:

• Rejuvenate the iconic Clay Theater

• Restore Fillmore storefronts in need of investment

• Recruit a wide variety of local small business tenants and food and beverage operators, rather than introducing chain or formula retail

• Reinvest over time in the beautification and maintenance of the street and our properties

We intend to be a long-term steward of these properties and a supportive partner to the neighborhood that we are proud to live in.
